Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer – WordPress, Sharepoint specialist to make a major impact on our business. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience. In addition to interfacing with our team, this candidate will work directly with clients, from concept to completion. Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills, project management and attention to detail.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with clients & our team daily
- Design and implement client websites/template offerings from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
- Code and implement WordPress/Sharepoint sites from Adobe XD/Figma layout through HTML/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins
- Implementing new features and functionality to our digital assets
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the digital assets
- Provide service to various departments of the organization in website management aspects
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
- Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
- Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline WordPress, Sharepoint development cycle
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Building robust and scalable software components and services - Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the digital assets
- Ensure that we meet ‘go-live’ deadlines for all sites
- Maintaining client websites network efficiently
- Facilitate client WordPress, Sharepoint training, site documentation and maintenance
- Provide technical consultancy services to project stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of development experience, ideally in an agency/client services background
- Strong knowledge of current web development languages (NodeJs, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Web-UI & UX, CSS3 animation, jQuery, JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge in Windows/IIS, Apache, Nginx
- Strong knowledge in Windows Server Platforms for On-Premise Self Hosting (LINUX, UNIX will be added advantage)
- Experience developing SharePoint solutions leveraging three of the following applications: Nintex, Nintex Forms, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XSL, XML, C#, or .Net
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
- Functional Knowledge of one of the CSS Frameworks i.e – Bootstrap, Bulma, etc
- Functional Knowledge of one of the JS FrameworksLibrary i.e – React, Vue, Angular, etc

Plan/Design

Design, implement and maintain robust network infrastructures connecting all locations to deliver
secure, high-availability (>99.9%) network services throughout a global environment.Recommend, develop, collaborate, and support adherence to network standards, policies, and
procedures in accordance with best practices.Implement and support networking solutions according to II-VI Incorporated standards and
industry best practices. Assist and consult with systems and network professionals, including
those at other II-VI sites, on networking initiatives, technologies, and compatibility between sites.
Lead network infrastructure efforts (LAN and WAN) to include project planning, quality
implementation and administration.Work with outside vendors to provide a stable network environment.
Ensure continuous network operations through the design and implementation of resilient
services and appropriate failover capabilities. Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to
ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recoverability. Participate in the validation and
periodic testing of recovery procedures.Develop and manage multiple concurrent projects plans to effectively implement information

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering/ Computer Science with 3 – 6 years of experience in
network and telephony planning, design, and management for a global company. - Cisco route & switch CCNP certifications are required.
- Voice and/or security certifications are preferred.
- Possess expert knowledge of network and data communication protocols and technologies.
- Able to design, implement and support converged networks with voice, data, video and wireless
access. - Must be able to scale upwards and adopt newer technologies that include converged
infrastructure, software defined networks, and application delivery. - Possess proficient knowledge and practical experience in the design and management of
dynamic network routing and switching; wireless networking; implementation and support of VoIP
technologies and videoconferencing. Experience with Cisco technologies, Check Point firewalls,

Accounting and Admin Secretary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and Admin Secretary. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance department, ensuring efficient financial operations, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research and analysis to prepare written reports on projects identified by the MD/CFO.
- Prepare reports, tables, correspondence, and memoranda for final report documentation and presentation to other departments or outside agencies.
- Provide ERP and system support to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budget, and treasury divisions.
- Maintain and reconcile detailed budgets for various accounts, advising on expenditures within budget and informing management of irregularities.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and “receipting” functions for investment-related transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper use of account codes for procurements.
